Shipping & Delivery
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes an additional 3–5 business days for both U.S. and Canadian orders.

Returns

Because our products are consumable, we do not accept returns, even if the product is unopened. However, if there’s an issue with your order, we’re happy to help.

If you experience a problem, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery. Our team will review your request and, if eligible, issue a refund — no return required.
