At Imaraïs Beauty, your satisfaction is our priority — and so is the health and safety of our community.
Because our products are consumable, we do not accept returns, even if the product is unopened. However, if there’s an issue with your order, we’re happy to help.
If you experience a problem, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery. Our team will review your request and, if eligible, issue a refund — no return required.
To help us resolve your request quickly:

Include your order number and a photo of the product (and packaging, if damaged).

Shipping fees and taxes are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to deny refund requests that appear to be fraudulent, excessive, or abusive.
